This area lends itself to a myriad of sports, gentle or otherwise! In Vejer, hire bikes are available, whilst if trekking is more to your liking, you may wish to join an organized group or go your own way equipped with detailed plans and maps also available in the town. Horseriding tours can be arranged, while whale watching takes place in the straits of Gibraltar.

If you are a golfer, there are several golf courses within a short drive including Novo Sancti Petri which was designed by Seve Ballesteros. And of course, this coast is very popular with surfers and windsurfers, particularly in the Tarifa area.

For the more adventurous, paragliding, canyoning, microlighting, sea kayaking and canoeing are available in the vicinity. Truly - something for everyone!!
