On the ground floor is a sitting room/dining area, equipped with a TV, video recorder and radio/CD player with a door leading to a double bedroom. A log burning stove heats this floor and also the upstairs double bedroom (should it be needed!).

An archway leads to a 4 piece bathroom with shower attachment, and a good sized fully equipped fitted kitchen, with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and breakfast area.

A small lobby has a tiled staircase leading to two further bedrooms - one single and one double, with the double bedroom being reached via the single.

A further staircase then leads to a small utility area with washing machine plus coolbox and kettle, enabling you to enjoy your ‘sundowner’ or cup of tea on the adjacent terrace with wonderful views over the far reaching countryside. There is a table and chairs on the terrace.
