House Rental (per week)
Special rates available for bookings of over 3 weeks.
Booking details:
- Arrival between 4.00pm and 8.00pm (earlier
arrival may be possible - please enquire). Property to be vacated by 10am
on day of departure.
- 30% deposit within one week of booking, non refundable
after 8 weeks before date of arrival.
- Balance to be paid within 4 weeks of departure, less service fee to Key
Agent (you will be advised of this amount with your booking confirmation)
This should be paid to them in euros, on arrival.
- A deposit of 100 euros to be paid to Key agent on arrival, repayable on
departure subject to damage and/or breakages.
- All linens are supplied including towels (except beach towels)
- Electricity and gas included in the price
- The property is cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. Further cleaning
is available at an extra cost.
- Sorry, pets not accepted.
